Our Projects-monitoring and evaluation

Monitoring, Evaluation And Learning

1. Tariqi Project

 which is funded by KAFD and Strategical Partner KTI which focuses on youth aged group from 18-26 years old in order to build the capacity by providing them with employability and technical skills that enable them to the labor market. 

2. Issa Project

  Which is funded by International labour Organization which focuses on youth aged group from 18-24 years old in order to build the capacity by providing them with employability and that enable them to the labor market in addition to that creating job search clubs across the governorates.

3. Tanmyah Project

 Which is funded by AFD which focuses was a comprehensive five-year initiative (2018-2023) aimed at empowering vulnerable communities and fostering collaboration between Jordanians and Syrians. The project targeted youth, SME owners, and SME employees aged 18 to 45 , also it’s a NEET Program.

4. SANAD Youth Empowerment and Employability (YEE) funded by GLOBAL AFFAIRS CANADA

  This 6-year program aimed at advancing Jordan's economy, increasing employment opportunities, promoting entrepreneurship amongst youth and strengthening private sector partnerships with community colleges especially in the Governorates. The project successfully trained 20,000 youth. 

5. Gender Main Streaming funded by GIZ

 The aim of the project is to complement the Green Action in Enterprises (GAIN) project and to support the efforts of industrial enterprises in Jordan in enhancing gender equality practices and improving their gender related key performance indicators. 

6. Azem for employment funded by UNICEF:

 Continued supporting the younger Jordanian & Palestinian generations in their search for stable and sustainable income opportunities. Therefore, aim of it outreach young beneficiaries aged 18-24 and train them on interpersonal skills and get them enrolled on-the-job vocational trainings 3% youth with disabilities, 75% of whom should receive and sign a one-year employment contracts after the soft skills training or during/after on the job vocational training where the targeted areas are North & Middle of Jordan.

7. Heart of Amman funded by UNDP:

 The project aims to promote economic opportunities for sustainable livelihoods through urban revitalization in downtown Amman. The ‘urban acupuncture’ aims to stimulate Amman’s local economic growth and reduce inequalities through promoting entrepreneurship among youth and women
